If we're going to raise taxes on the rich, then I propose a federal luxury tax on all homes other than your primary residence. Your luxury tax will be 100% of the appraised value of these other properties each year. Will Kerry support this?

We've already determined you want to raise taxes and cut spending on defense (although you still say you are tough on defense?)
So your other cuts would be in "corporate and agricultural welfare plus the outrageous cost of health care. " By corporate welfare you mean what exactly -- and make sure it wouldn't end up costing any Americans jobs, or for that matter hurt the small business owner to the point of not being able to survive. You wish to cut the cost of gov't spending on health care? Enlighten me some please.
