Everything you know in the order that you learned it. You were due for one of those savant posts. But, alas, no time to stay and chat? Did you finish watching frontline? Have you obtained any other input from those you respect on the religion/state issue? Did you see Wolfawitz at Appropriations asking for $25 billion right away. All he brought was one sheet of paper showing the 6 categories he wanted credited with the $25 Billion. (Did I tell you this was all about accounts payable and who signs the contracts?)They need it you see so that when they start the 2005 allocation they won't be in a $25 billion dollar hole. Have you ever played a role in budget negotiations? Can you believe this? And the Senators were politely asking if he could perhaps work on providing detail.
