At least it would be spent right hear in the USA, employing Americans, and building a better America. Not pissed away in a foreign country that most Americans will never set foot in. I know the area I live in has decades old public works projects like new transit systems, flood control, schools that would benefit tremendously if our federal government didn't have such backward policies and spent the money at home, or didn't spend it at all, since we're running a historic budget deficit.
