In addition, the FBI cleared Kerry of all connection to any radical or violent anti-war behavior. They surveiled him for years and their final report calls him a "moderate" who left the somewhat radical VVAW quickly and never took part in any violent demonstrations. Nor did Kerry ever support or work with Jane Fonda. In fact, they met only once just for a moment. Fonda went onto do her own thing and Kerry disapproved of her methods.

* We all need to fight back against the extreme right's attempt to lie and slander Kerry about this. He was and is a great American hero. As opposed to Bush and Cheney, which is the rightwing's real worry.
