Kerry DID vote for the 87 billion first, his and Biden's version of the 87 billion funding bill which was a MUCH better plan. Before the Bushies trashed it and replaced it with a no-account, unpaid-for debt load bill with no fiscal responsibility at all, just a big giveaway to the Iraqis and who knows who else. And now that 87 is all gone because the Bushies squandered it like drunken sailors. Ands they want another 50 billion. Kerry-Biden would have stopped the Bushies from spending the money willy-nilly and would have demanded some accountability. Shame on you for repeating the 87 billion nonsense. You ought to be attacking Bush-Cheney for wasting our money.
