Read the testimony and quit lying. The quote rightwingers use is taken out of context. If you actually read the testimony you will discover Kerry is representing the troops, not attacking them.

You don’t really believe that do you? Typical - blame the lowest level chumps and hang 'em out to dry.

Even if it was just the actions of a few (and I don't believe that for a second) Rummy's culture of hate was there to let it happen. Where was the supervision and the supervision above that?

Poorly trained, poorly led and poorly supervised is the best you can say about it.
