"There were two different versions of the 87 billion bill. Can you understand? Kerry-Biden's bill was paid for bby the 1% richest Americans and would have given us 20 billion in Iraqi oil back too.' Show me the kerry quotation that said he was only voting for it the first time on the condition it would be paid for by a tax. You cannot. What he did say was that it would be irresponsible to vote against it. Admit it - this is a perfect example of the dem primary process dragging candidates to the left.
