You could be right. But what the hell does any of that have to do with Kosovo? There was no financial incentive to take over that poor country. Iraq though may have the biggest oilfields in the world, and had a perfect Boogey Man fool ruling over them with a paper tiger military. Cheney Of Halliburton would definitely plot such a plan. Take over Iraq and justify it like this and that. Use the US taxpayers and US military to do the job then grab the fields for ourselves (Bush's original contribitors).
