I think that is the downside for Osama because with Kerry in the saddle, he will ensure we go and actually get Osama and have his head cut off.

Right now, Bush does not want to get Osama for if he did then the war would be over and his buddies in the oil and the military industries will stop making money. So in their interest, he needs to keep the war going.
