Which makes me think they probably don't exist.

Our media doesn't like to show torture on TV. They are PC about showing Arab torture. And they are anti-war about showing Saddam torture. Add all three together and guess what?

I just posted the WSJ story about Saddam's tapes of cutting peoples hands off in prisons. They are out there, and not a peep from the press.

Why do you say that Karen? Just because you haven't seen them doesn't mean they don't exist. What we can and cannot see in America is being edited. I'm sure there are all sorts of legal, social and political reasons, but I don't have any doubts that these tapes exist.

Ironically, FOX was the only site I could find that had a tape available on their site. I admit I didn't spend much time looking, but I did get 11,700 hits when I googled "Saddam torture tapes."

If such things exist, I am amazed that we haven't seen them. There are plenty of people who would be motivated to make them available. Which makes me think they probably don't exist.

Well you should have not quit watching Fox News then. They
showed some heavily edited, but still gruesome Saddam
torture tapes. I saw them with my own baby blues.

They exist. They absolutely, positively, without a doubt
exist.

We don't see or hear alot of what goes around in the ME. Just because it is not seen, does not mean it doesn't exist. MEMRI is a good reminder of that. There should be adequate motivation to make some of the stuff translated on MEMRI widely circulated, yet it is not. Isn't nice.
