You know... I believe I already explained how undisciplined government debt accumulation and fiat currencies are the ENEMY of small government. ------------------------------------------ When it feeds the endless growth of the government sector of the economy --- at the expense of the private sector that drives economic growth --- then it most definitely is congruent with what is known as 'Liberalism' in America. It's the engine that drives Big Government, and enables them to proceed with their social engineering projects. ------------------------------------------ It's the same argument the Republicans used to sing: GIVE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT MONEY AND THEY WILL SPEND IT! Allow them an endless supply of monopoly money, and they will grow to the same extent.
