except in Oil Exporting countries.. And they would use the revenues to destabilize governments in other Muslim countries, funding the Moslem Brotherhood and other militant factions... I'd rather our money not go to funding these activities, even if it means we are required to replace them with different dictatorships... It would certainly be the lesser of two evils. However, for right now, I would prefer we continue with stated efforts towards creating some kind of fledgling democratic systems in those countries. Hawk
