We were talking about startups. Do you know of a startup doing it? I just got through talking to literally 20 startups just this week. Obviously not a huge sample but if you go to a Kleiner company and they are doing things one way, many times most of their companies are structured that way. There aren't too many companies that were founded in 02 and later, but one of them is Alain Rossman's new company in Palo Alto, PSS systems. I happen to know they aren't using restricted stock.
