It's relative. What's your portfolio %age cash level? And what is your YTD strategy? Although I was almost fully invested into January, posted a major strategy shift here (early Feb if memory serves) when I turned Intermediate Term bearish - first on the PM stocks and later on energy. Since January, I've stayed in a range of 45% cash (when I'm very bullish ST) to 85% cash (when I'm very bearish ST). Been at 84-86% cash for several weeks till yesterday. All FWIW. It's always best to stick with your read of the market and change tactics and strategy only when your own work indicates that. JMVVHO, of course. Isopatch
