If you are talking about the staged vote that Kerry missed on extending emergency federal unemployment benefits, you are mistaken. If Kerry had traveled back to Washington to vote on the bill, one more GOP senator would have changed their vote. It would have failed anyway.

Let's none of us be fooled anymore by rightwing dirty tricks. There have already been dozens of them in this young election season and they're just plain tiresome. They are actually hurting Bush not helping him so let's all demand an end to it. Let Bush keep working hard to fix our problems then run on his record. Bush should go back to the White House and quit campaigning 24/7. We hired him to work not campaign.
