At last an honest response. Kerry's decision was dumb not to vote, and his decision to not vote caused the benefits for the unemployed to not be extended. When they needed him the most, Kerry decided to duck them and look for a vote for himself, all the while collecting his paycheck and being a MIA senator. That is wrong. What a great job, tell people you are going to represent them, and then not...but still demand your paycheck for doing nothing. The system is wrong and Kerry makes it clear that it must be changed.

I agree, Kerry made a big mistake by not showing up to vote. Dumb move.
Then again, if there were jobs to be had, there'd been no need to extend benefits.

Both major parties suck. Vote LIBERTARIAN!!
