Great article Ron. Thanks for it.

Albert Straus put alot of work into this project, physical and mental it seems...a 2-3 year payoff is a good one.

I wonder if he needs to meter-out his electrical output so as not to exceed what his utility use is, since he cannot be paid for more than what he uses for PG&E.

Perhaps he could form a utility company separate of the diary operation and receive all the benefits of a corporate entity?
