Runomo,

I learned that B wave thing from Don about 15 years ago. Spent an absolute fortune on his hot line (900) for years. Money well spent cause my kinds will thank him one day. The guy is a fkin genious

I am not sure I would describe the psychology as disbelief. It is more like one of hope. That is why they call is a slope of hope. It should progress to full blown fear at the bottom. I just don't think we saw that last week. We did in Japan when it was down 5% in one day, so that market (along with Hong Kong) is near (if not at) an important low. I think its low may just be an "A" wave and we go do an irregular "B" in to new highs for the move, followed by the BIG C to complete the 2nd wave. Then it is years of upside for the pacific rim.

We are in a 2nd or 4th wave. 410 is the big number on the SOX. 560 ended wave minor wave 3 followed by a 3 wave decline to 460 in march for a of minor 4. The 3 wave advance to 520 in march is b or minor 4 and we are now in c of minor 4. the cwave will be made up of 5 smaller waves and we are finished with 4 of them. Wave C = A at 410 and 410 is also the 50% retracment.

IMO
