Yeah, that's because they are mostly in and around Kabul while the rest of the country is divided up among the warlords (do you know where's the Northern Alliance these days?). Osama bin Laden is out there somewhere sending audio cassette tapes every now and then, while the few American troops that there are in Afghanistan are managing to keep Hamid Karzai, the "mayor" of Kabul alive.
