The vast majority of Iraqi people lived without oil revenues for 20 years. The last 10 half of them lived under our protection while a relatively select few Iraqi's and the UN scoundrels enjoyed the benefits of oil.

I suppose your argument is that the Iraqi's would do fine looking after themselves, but this ignores the last 20 years in Iraq.

Do you think Nigeria, Venezuela, USSR, Iran, and Iraq have all acted in their best interests and our mutual best interests? Take a good look at what has happened to Venezuela's production since the strike. The direction now is terminal since they have destroyed their fields.
