She's structuring her affairs to minimize taxation. OK, but it seems hypocritical to do that for yourself and favor higher taxes on others.

It does not matter how she legally invests her money. The more she can keep, the better. It is you who argues that taxes must go up and people in income brackets greater than yours should pay higher rates. Government size and spending must be reduced. Good for Heinz for being a smart investor.
