6 month old deficit projections would be even worse by now. Bush's war has gotten more expensive and so has energy, inflation, health care. Plus we are falling short of the old revenues projections. It is a real double whammy. Bush and his economists turn out to have been dead wrong on almost every single projection they have ever made. It's just amazing. I think you or I could have run the White House better.
