Not if the Yahoo "key statistics" are to be believed. Maybe you're talking about quarterly numbers, but if so these are in doubt until the reviews are completed.

Agree that the problem is essentially one of expenses timing.

That's the way I look at it, except this is a historical issue now. All I can do is focus on the business, and it looks solid, growing, and in many cases taking market share. I cannot possibly know what the restatements will reveal, so just gotta wait through this ugly period.

I welcome the criminal probe, there should be some jail time doled out.
