I wasn't aware of all the extensive remodeling work, so as I said on RGL - glad you made it through. ...Been there - done that; fortunately at slower speeds. There are certainly easier ways to make $5MM, and you don't have to give 1/2 of it to some jerk-water attorney for shuffling out-of-court papers. Would you like a box of "..Barney & friends 'BangAids'.." for the parts not covered by casts..?? Tee hee. John :-) .
