I believe Powell was bullied and suckered into supporting the Bush plan for the war. But he too needs to accept responsibility for those lies about WMD's.

I think Powell chokes when he says those things, but
I can understand him in not telling the whole truth now, as he does owe the President a certain amount of loyalty.
