When I read something by a central banker, for example, I ask myself "what does he mean?" But Ramsey Su goes outside of that little box and asks "why is he saying it?" When I think that way I get your point; they are are starting to worry about the prestige of the paper that they are printing.

Malcolm and I had met back in 2000 and you and I had met this past March. Malcolm is not Chinese, although he experienced China few of us ever could. He also knows quite a bit about Japan, and a lot about everything else.

What Malcolm doesn't know about, he would say he doesn't know about it.
