And many are making more. That is the very nature of things. None-the-less your response was well thought out and well worded. If it would work I would likely agree with it. I am suspicious that all the goodies cannot be funded.

However, you clearly have a coherrent thought process - as opposed to others. I will have more time later to look at your ideas.
