If you're going to bash Clinton, at least get your facts straight. Clinton was not paid by Marc Rich or China for anything. Marc Rich's wife did make a 200 K donation to the Clinton library and it smacked of payoff. Compare to WorldCom's 1 million cash donation to trent Lott's library. GW's library will be well-funded too I'm sure.

Clinton later said he regretted the Rich pardon and wishes it could undo it. The Rich pardon was also rumored to have something to do with Israeli intelligence, that Rich had been a Mossad operative in Russia, etc. Rightwingers should like Rich for that.

Every president leaves with a few controversial pardons. Watch Bush pardon Kenny Lay when he leaves office, someone like that. And Lay gave him 1.5 million over the years.

Clinton left office about 10 million in debt due to the radical rightwing witchhunt into his bedroom and all the legal expenses. How would the rightwing like it if the Democrats were mis-using a prosecutor to delve into Bush's personal private life, going through his underwear drawers?

The fact remains, Clinton was on paper probably the most successful president ever, or at least right up there at the top. He had one personal flaw, lust. Bush by comparison has been a miserable failure and much more of a liar than Clinton. Clinton lied about cheatong on his wife, Bush lied about why he was taking us to war. Big difference in the importance of those two lies. Thousands of people have died as a result of Bush's lie.
