I agree Jews have more power than their numbers, but that's because they have a lot of money and tend to use it. But if you're blaming this on the Bushies, wait a second. Most Jews are democrats in this country, and many are very liberal. From working for the Kerry campaign I can tell you almost half our contributors in LA were jewish. And not just from the Hollywood world. Jews are very active politically and also very well read and informed. And many Jews do not support Sharon, Bush or Wolfowitz at all. On the contrary, they want to unseat them and make peace in Israel. In fact many on the far left are jewish. Many peace marchers are jewish. Many Palestinian apologists are jewish. So the generalization doesn't fit. Cheney is far right wing, almost to the point of being a neo Nazi. He is anything but a jew lover, liklely just the opposite. But he is interested in power and oil so he may ally himself with rightwing Jews who want to take out Iraq and Iran. Yes there are rightwing Jews and they could be ruthless, but they are balanced out. Therefore you cannot use the religion to in any way generalize politically. Neil Diamond and Barbra Streisand are raising 10 million for Kerry now. And it has nothing to do with the fact he's a quarter Jewish. Barbra is the political opposite of Wolfowitz. Get it?
