In other words, we cannot tolerate their so called sovereignty if we don't like what they choose to do with it. We need to be able to direct what they do.

To that end, the structures are being put in place.

The IMF will loan them money which will be subject to Structural Adjustment Programs, etc etc.

And all sold to the unwitting as democracy.
