Obviously he doesn't know that a 155(mm) artillery shell holds about 4 to 5 liters of the sarin nerve agent... enough to kill a few thousand if detonated properly.

And beside NO WMD nerve agents were supposed to exist... remember tejek told us that there wasn't any and that George Bush had lied to us.
