I looked back at analysts upgrades and downgrades for the last several years and it seems that they upgrade the stock when it is at a high just before a big sell off and downgrade just before a big rally. I'm not sure if it is that the analysts really are that clueless or it is how their firms get the pricing they want on the shares they are selling or buying.

In either case I do my own analysis and to me this looks like it could be a great buying op.
