Computer got boogered in the move from MD to NV. Had it checked out and would cost more to fix than a new one. Next step was to get my old iMac out of my daughter's storage and it may not be alright, either. If not, I'll have to buy one. Dell has a 20th anniversary sale... with rebate, $499 + memory expansion, etc. W-XP and flat-screen LCD monitor comes with it . Have to decide and order by midnite on the 19th. DECISIONS, DECISIONS, DECISIONS. Where does it end? Woe is me... In the meantime I'm using the public computer in the apt office lobby, but with 250+ apts using it, time online doesn't come often. Thanks to Rudi for her concern; I have taken your lack of same in stride. I'm used to rejection and other forms of abuse. ;-( Chas
