Aus, what else could Lexar do? They don't have nearly as strong a retail position as SanDisk, and they get volume sales by supplying to OEM customers, Kodak included. This means that Lexar should continue to have low margins, whereas SanDisk can reach many of the same customers and get higher margins. That's how I see it.
