Well, I think we have the unregulated in place. Or, at least, who the heck wants to try to regulate these folks.

It was supposed to be like this: the Iraqis threw flowers at the feet of our soldiers and embraced Democracy, electing Chalabi President. He turned out not to be a total weasel, despite his connection to Cheney. They became buddies with Israel, but still hung out with their Arab brothers. The U.S. locked in a huge supply of oil and a large, permanent Naval base. The other Arabian states admired Iraq so much, that they went democratic on their own and begged for a naval base, but we didn't have enough ships for the later converts.

Disney set up theme parks in Baghdad, Tehran and Tripoli. Bin Laden Construction and Halliburton shared equally in the contracts. The Dubai World Cup took on such importance that The Kentucky Derby and The Breeders Cup ceased operation.
