Because she is stupidly wearing a transparent dress? For the same reason Bush isn't posting pictures of his crotch-rubbing drunken daughter on his website -- voters don't approve of such things.

No link to that photo on the Kerry website was given. Until someone posts one, I'll believe that attribution is a lie.
