First, I've already given you my answer about Hersch. I have no way of knowing whether he made things up, and if he did, he's toast. Second, I don't care whether ultimately he's right or wrong. That's not what's going on, and that's not what I commented on. What I commented on was the venue of the fight - it's being carried out in news publications - and the parties - the CIA vs Rumsfeld. I don't actually have a dog in this fight. Either way, if the truth comes out, justice will be served, which is fine by me.
