I hate to give those conspiracy theory nuts a leg but you truly have to wonder why we are filling reserves at record prices. Hell lets drive the price higher by buying the shit out of the stuff so everyone in the world thinks they should be buying and hiding. Either we are planning something that may have an effect on flow or we are idgets. Take your pick.

no, I hadn't seen that. would that be enough to affect demand enough to contribute to the rising oil prices?

It clearly points to something in the pipeline that will disturb oil availability.

it would also explain the distribution in the stock market. i am interpreting this more bearishly than anything else I have seen recently.
