I torn something in my shoulder lifting a heavy weight out of my truck It took about 3 years for it to get mostly back to normal, but it acts up on me if I try to lift something too heavy. I've sprained both ankles pretty bad also and if I walk more than a few miles I start limping. I don't have arthritis yet, but nothing works quite as good as it used to.
