I was talking to a friend, who talked to a friend of a friend who is involved in the contracting work in Iraq right now and was also involved in the military contracting during the 1991 Gulf War. He said the Saudis were by far the most corrupt players in the game back in '91. Every contract involved major kickbacks. They were shameless, he said. He said that this time around the U.S. is significantly more corrupt than the Saudis were in '91. By a factor of 10, maybe. Gossip, but interesting nonetheless.

BTW, I heard Hannity tonight saying that we now know definitively that Saddam had WMD. LOL!
