Not a similar situation at all. When you seal off a border you are surveiling every inch of the border. The border patrol does not have the resources to do that. In a military operation you would surveil the entire length of the border, or enough of it to ensure no escape, and then take out bin Laden. Not the same at all. The comparison to what we are doing at the border in Mexico is invalid. Like comparing little league baseball to the Majors. Orca
