Ann yep Kerry appears a bit boring, but he didn't choke on his Pringles, and if asked what mistake he has ever made that he was sorry for could not come up with an answer.

Bush is from the most elite family in the USA and has never really had to work for anything in his life. Until his 40's he never held a job and mainly drank for a living. He also went AWOl from the Guard and lied about it.

You cannot attack Kerry for marrying a rich Republican long after he had accomplished almost everything he has in life. Kerry never got family help or money for anything like Bush did. he beame a highly regarded third term senator on his own. Completely on his own.

Teresa Heinz is a great asset and will make a terrific first lady. She is not a profiteer nor does she finance John's campaigns. She represents no special interests.
She gives away million to charity every year and is invested mainly in muni bonds. The more the rightwing attacks Teresa, the bigger sexist hypocrite jerks they look like. The rightwing needs to concentrate on real issues, if they have any, not just slander war heros and their wives.

Kerry is not rich. Look at what he inherited:

"Kerry inherited three trusts in 2002 after his mother's death. The holdings include between $66,000 and $165,000 in U.S. Treasury bonds, as well as thousands of dollars in stocks ranging from Home Depot to Microsoft Corp."

It totals about 300 K, much less than I'll inherit and I shop at the 99 cent store sometimes.
