Ever since this scandal broke I have yet to see a mainstream article that tells how the scam worked and exactly who is involved...and I've looked for it.

From what I understand some $4 billion over the life of the program may not be accounted for. It's not clear who got the money or why. The accounting is just beginning.

But that said, Chirac, or Putin or the German chancellor are not mentioned, and their hands are not in the cookie jar. It's likely that some US hands will be caught in the cookie jar too. But to categorically state that it was the reason for the UN not supporting the US resolution for war is plain stupid at this point. If you're going to say that then support it with links and data...no newsmax please!
