Over at the Washington Post at this hour, I can find no refenence --zero-- to the attempt to use a suspected sarin gas shell against American troops. It is as though it did not happen.

I am always so reluctant to use the word, lie. So I'll stick with intentional deception.

A more appropriate complaint would be that the Post didn't consider the story to be sufficiently important breaking news to do an "extra" but rather saved it for its regular news cycle. But he chose hyperbole and deception instead to better support his agenda.

NYT: "Army Discovers Old Shell Holding Sarin." 3-4 liters...it turns out were in the old shell as of news today.

NYT will probably say on section Style page 6...what's a few liters of sarin between friends, eh?
