Interesting theory, but wasn't he alive sitting in front of them before the knife was put to his neck? I thought the cut away started then. Anyway - One thing I think is logical is that Berg was interrogated thoroughly in Iraq. His past AL Qaida connection, travels to Kenya and Uganda and little beard and Koran are more than enough to put him back on a suspect list. His father is also a left-wing radical known to the FBI. So the story about him being pro-war is very fishy.
