Suma,

I read that interview in the Bee. It is just one of many recent accounts that sickens me so much as we finally learn what is going on over there.

So how do all the supporters and apologists blow this off? So when everybody goes home, whenever that is, how do they put the blown up and shot up families back together again? Or do they just go their merrily way, saying it was a mistake by our leadership and it is not on their conscience, ONLY A MISTAKE, but everything is OK NOW since we are out now. I don't know,

But I one thing I do know Humpty Dumpty can not be put back together again. And another thing I know, every single human seems to have their own thresh hold of conscience that only they know when the level of events (personal and otherwise) cross it and causes them to rethink their position, like the soldier above.

It was just a personal conviction with me. I've had an impeccable career. I chose to get out. And you know who I blame? I blame the president of the U.S. It's not the grunt. I blame the president because he said they had weapons of mass destruction. It was a lie. US delivered depleted uranium is the only full scale wmd in Iraq.
