FKL 1.02 Mill outstanding, 700k float. Real small stock. Company is a total POS, they have 2 assets, 3 employees, and have been a going concern for 2 years now. Form 4s were filed yesterday too, looks like insiders are selling this now too into the run. SOMEONE ran this think 500%+ in a few days looking to bail, then the earnings came out and it showed the company is a total joke. SEC should shut them down for this pump, if not, i will be glad to cover back at $2 where it started.
