The fantastic stories aren't limited to the Clintons. They go from the Kennedy assassination (and probably before that, to an extent probably throughout human history) to current fantastic stories about Bush. The number of them did seem to climb a lot after Clinton was elected but it has remained high since then. Maybe the stories about Bush are "payback" for those about Clinton.
