Dunno - I can't quite decide what to think about this one.

What did tick me off was this from the FT - "After (UCB) seeing human trial data not revealed to the wider market, it decided to buy the whole company.."

Shouldn't shareholders (I'm no longer one) have this information before deciding whether to sell the company ?

I'd become so sick of it over the last few years...

Got to give them some credit, though. Since they went public around a decade ago, they've raised only £27m in secondaries.

Though that's as much a comment on the shallowness of the biotech equity market in the UK as it is on management frugality.
