THAT'S it????? That's your master plan for financial success? "Borrow long and invest short" --- in fixed income at that! HaHaHaHaHaHaHaHa! (And, you've got the nerve to call someone else a 'moron'!!!!!!!!!!) Ever consider that you could lose money on ONE or BOTH ENDS of your 'trade'????? (If residential RE dropped in value... you could QUICKLY lose more then you are 'earning' on those '4%' short-term bonds... especially considering that their inflation-adjusted real rate of return is nominal anyway....) What a RUBE... and you've got the nerve to go around insulting strangers... amazing!
